We offer replacements for damaged or defective items. Refunds are not available.

Unboxing video required: A continuous video from package opening to product inspection is mandatory to confirm any damages or spillage.

Replacement Eligibility

Eligible for Replacement:

Damaged or broken items (with unboxing video)
Spillage or leakage (clearly shown in video)
Wrong item received (must be unopened)
Expired products (within 7 days of delivery)

Not Eligible:

Change of mind / no longer needed
Products without unboxing video
Items used or partially consumed
Free gifts or promotional items

Unboxing Video Guidelines

Video Requirements:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted recording
  • Show the sealed package from all sides
  • Clearly display the shipping label
  • Open the package and show each item

Common Mistakes:

  • Stopping the video before full inspection
  • Blurry or poorly lit footage
  • Video starts after package already opened

Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement. The video must be uploaded to Google Drive, YouTube (unlisted), or sent via WhatsApp.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Replacement shipped within 3‑5 business days after approval
