Unboxing video required: A continuous video from package opening to product inspection is mandatory to confirm any damages or spillage.

Damaged or broken items (with unboxing video)
Spillage or leakage (clearly shown in video)
Wrong item received (must be unopened)
Expired products (within 7 days of delivery)

Unboxing Video Guidelines
Video Requirements:
- Continuous, uninterrupted recording
- Show the sealed package from all sides
- Clearly display the shipping label
- Open the package and show each item
Common Mistakes:
- Stopping the video before full inspection
- Blurry or poorly lit footage
- Video starts after package already opened
Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement. The video must be uploaded to Google Drive, YouTube (unlisted), or sent via WhatsApp.

- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Replacement shipped within 3‑5 business days after approval
